1. Giveaway Details

  • This is a free giveaway with no purchase necessary.
  • The three (3) shirt designs receiving the most votes will be the winning designs.
  • Three (3) winners will be randomly selected.
  • Each winner will receive one (1) shirt, and they will choose their preferred design from the three (3) winning designs.

2. Eligibility

  • Open to followers of the DieHardDesigns3lc Facebook page.
  • Participants must have a valid Facebook account.

3. How to Enter

  1. Like the >original giveaway post<
  2. Share the original giveaway post on your Facebook timeline
  3. Follow the DieHardDesigns3lc Facebook page
  4. Comment on the original giveaway post with three (3) letters (A-F) corresponding to the shirts in the video

4. Giveaway Period

  • Entries will be accepted until 11:59 PM (EST) on March 8, 2025.

5. Winner Selection and Notification

  • The three (3) shirt designs with the most votes will be determined based on the comments.
  • Three (3) winners will be randomly selected from eligible entries.
  • Winners will be announced on the DieHardDesigns3lc Facebook page on March 9, 2025.
  • Winners will be notified via Facebook Messenger or a comment reply.
  • Winners must respond within 48 hours to claim their prize. If a winner does not respond, a new winner will be selected.

6. Prizes

  • Prizes are as stated: one (1) shirt from the winning three (3) designs, per winner.
  • Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • Prizes cannot be returned or refunded.

7. General Terms

  • This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook.
  • DieHardDesigns3lc reserves the right to modify or cancel the giveaway at any time.
  • DieHardDesigns3lc is not responsible for technical issues affecting entry.
  • By entering, participants release DieHardDesigns3lc from any liability.
  • One entry per person.
  • Void where prohibited.

8. Publicity

  • By entering this contest, you give DieHardDesigns3lc permission to use your name for announcing the winners.

Post-Award Requirement: As a condition of entering this Giveaway, the winner agrees to post a clear photograph of themselves with the prize product on their personal Facebook timeline within 5 days of receiving the prize. The post must include the hashtags #DieHardDesigns3lc and #DieHardGiveaway.

  • Publicity Release: By entering this Giveaway, the winner grants DieHard Designs 3lc the irrevocable right and permission to use their name, likeness, photograph (including the winner’s post-award photograph), and any statements made by the winner regarding the giveaway or prize, for advertising, promotional, and publicity purposes in any and all media, now known or hereafter devised, worldwide, without limitation or further compensation.
